In your rollout, the equities of all moves but 6/3 5/1 are similar to those from both Neil Robins' rollouts. Only 6/3 5/1 is too high.

This suggests that the move triggers something dumb from White. I cannot check with XG, but, for what it's worth, after 6/3 5/1, GNUbg splits its anchor at 0-ply with every roll but 1-1, 6-1 and 6-6, but doesn't at higher levels (where it evaluates the split as a clear error).

If XG makes this mistake at 3-ply (but apparently not at 4-ply, from Neil's rollout), it could explain your result.
