No but I am sure I heard this in an interview in TV years ago, maybe ten. Anyway things change, maybe to have 1 starter is considered ok, I don't remember 5 starters against 5 reserves in the second quarter. Is funny to read some old statistics like Chamberlain was playing on average more than 48 min in the season, pratically he was always on the court, he never reached 6 fouls in his carrer even if he was a strong defender grabbing sometimes more than 50 rebounds in a game. I don't understand how coaches try to maximize winning chances in basket, sometimes hot players are rest on the bench in the second part of the 2nd quarter or in the fourth quarter when the team is down by many points and not much time to recover.
