14/11 seems clear. We don't want to lose ground in the race for no good reason. Between making the 11-point and moving up, I choose the solid asset. We're not in grave danger of being primed and by moving up we give Stick some good attacking rolls. If it weren't for making the 11-point, though, I could see 24/22.

Vote is for 11(2).
