Role and responsibilities of TDAC?

I am pretty sure 95% of us have no clue as to the role and responsibilities of the TDAC. Reading the blurbs on the USBGF site of committees, the TDAC seems to be the only one with any mention of the ABT.

What are the roles and responsibilities related to ABT schedule between the TDAC and the full USBGF board?

What are the current critieria for an event qualifying as an ABT event and does the TDAC determine them or recommend to the full USBGF board?
