My wife's suffered from that before, but not as bad as you. I recall it can be brought on by seeds (even the seemingly minute strawberry seeds -- on the surface of the berries). I guess the good news is that you've had your colon viewed with the scope frequently so as to catch the even more deadly colon cancer.
