I would guess the match wasn't resigned there. Perhaps the person inputting the match realized nothing else of importance went on in the match and the result was the same, O'Hagan wins, so they didn't put the rest in trying to save a small bit of work. (which they shouldn't do for PR reasons amongst other things)). I can't imagine anyone resigns here though I've been surprised before.
