In one year or so, one player not counting Frank timed out. in the last 3 years, two players timed out not counting Frank and Julius. I am not 100 percent sure numbers are right but this is what I remember. If you want to call people donkeys, that’s your business, but I don’t want to help you and won’t give you more names than I already gave. All matches can be downloaded from BMAB website — do your own research if you wish.

You are entitled to your opinion as to wether BMAB handled Julius’ case correctly or not. Evidently, the Executive Panel had a different opinion. I can’t say why it was voted this way and not the other way since I am not a shrink and can’t know what exactly each voter was thinking.
