One make sure the beep sound is up and raltively loud so you can hear if anything happens.

This has never happened to me.

One time a recording stop, I believe it was a glitch do to watching on the phone app.. going in and out. I lost the match even though 90mins had been recorded.

If you do not have a set password.. anyone can go into your camera and turn it off by mistake. In a room with several it is quite common.

The advantage to multiple files is that there is less of a chance something goes wrong.... the downside is you have multiple files.. not a big deal for self transcription.. more of a pain for uploading or dropboxing to others.
