I deal a whole lot of low limit PLO and as a player I am quite snug with my starting requirements. I personally would have chosen to fold that one UTG but if you have a strong read on the table I cannot fault the play. Most of these games require that you do not have to treat the first raise as much more than a pot builder and a way to get the tight players with medium holdings out of your pot. The second raise is usually an above average holding (big wrap? medium pairs) with an attempt to isolate the open raiser. Third raise, Suited Aces. In this situation the flop raise to isolate does put you at risk but playing 2 pair with 4 players in the pot is too many cards to fade. "Pump it or dump it" seems proper play. Having your opponent on a dead draw, $$$!
