Exactly. Real cheaters know how to mix things up. They're not like the online dolts who use a bot on EVERY play.

It's a common(?) rule to require a player to keep the dice and cups above the playing table (table that the board rests on), but a good cheater can get around that, too.

I know that some tournaments (MC is one?) issue dice for each match, often with a logo on one face. This isn't foolproof but every deterrent helps. I know Diceman Larry Strommen favored semi-transparent dice over opaque dice, but don't know how well that would help here. (It helps detect loading.)

I'd suggest electronic dice but that never seems to get anywhere amongst the purists.
