What's even more bizarre is that your 62 61 51 41 shows up as a link (giving you the option to call that number) on my iPhone and iPad but it shows up normal on my laptop. We'll see if mine shows up the same on different devices. Posting from the laptop so all looks normal in the preview. My other post where I used brackets around a slew of numbers didn't show as a link so maybe try that? [62 61 51 41] Or simply use a comma after each if it persists should be an easy workaround.
