Slotting the 1pt makes no sense to me. It's not that valuable a point to make, and you already have too many semi-dead checkers.

Clearing the 8pt doesn't leave any shots but the 8pt has value as a blocking point, and if the opponent runs with something like 53 or 62 then your hitting rolls will be duplicated.

Volunteering a direct shot seems too much when the opponent still has a four-point board. So I would play 13/8, leaving only 5 hitting rolls, 4 of which give me a direct shot from the bar.
