Thanks, Tim, for going to the trouble of digging that up. It's about what I expected.

There seems to be no guidance offered to TDs about how they might handle a situation (spotted by a spectator or monitor, perhaps after the players got away with it for multiple games) such as outlined here where the collaborating players are acting legally under the claim rules as stated but highly suspiciously and almost certainly unethically.
