I'd go ahead and hit twice, 7/3* 7/1*. If White hits back, we're still usually going to re-enter first, and of course if White dances then we gain hugely. The other obvious candidate is running 21/11 (or possibly 21/17 8/2 or 21/15 8/4), but the trouble is that White is then much more likely to anchor, in which case she will continue to have counterplay for a while.
