I'd like to reopen this thread (when it was sent first the forum was inactive).

Does anyone have a brief set of procedures for tournaments with re-entries?

I think the features listed in the previous post would be desirable. However, I am not quite sure about 4b) whether this is really necessary. I'd rather put all the byes into one half of the bracket and do not distinguish between re-entrants and other players.
