Breaking the midpoint

b/22 13/10(3) bcuz 9pt is nice to have as blocking point and I don't like to leave another blot on midpoint while has two vulnerable blots in white's hb. Also I don't like to come on 20pt which while like more. And last reason is that there is no any decent move over the board which make some new point. There are only stacky play available.
