Looking at things from Blue's constructive PoV, all even numbers are somewhat constrained/scarce. That seems to argue for making the 5-point.

From the flipside, Blue's leaving 17(?) shots (and two blots) and giving White value to owning his 1- and 3-points doesn't seem like a good thing.

Something I've thought of often is that when the opponent is stripped or inflexible you shouldn't make it too easy for him/her to remedy that. This often means don't leave shots; rather make opp deal with the inflexibility directly.

That last point pushes me off the fence towards 10/5*/4.
