For the readers, this came up in Neil and my second round match (after receiving first round byes). Rob Maier watched the entire match and by the time we reached this position Matt Reklaitis had finished his match and was watching. No one recorded the position and after the match I asked Neil his opinion. I then entered what I thought the position was but as it turns out, after questioning Rob, I wasn't close. (There wasn't enough ground beef in the entire state of Michigan to make a burger big enough to reward a take in that one.) So finally on Saturday night after Neil had earned his 18 hour rest (while Stick had to play another four matches :) the four of us got together and tried to reproduce the original position. After much hashing, I concluded this was it. Even if this isn't the original it's still a good problem, IMO.
