Rollout + reminder of general principle

In Response To: Jason Lee wanted more bearin problems (Timothy Chow)

Bob Koca gave a good explanation. I mentioned a general bearin principle in a post last month: Don't worry about a 2/36 or even a 3/36 chance of getting hit if you can achieve a better distribution. (Here, of course, the "bold" play risks only a 1/36 chance of getting hit.) Remembering this principle will help you stop and think about positions like this one OTB, instead of just playing safe automatically.
