There are two main sites for US play. There are a plethora of other sites which I won't mention for now because nothing really compares to these two sites as far as finding the game you want/number of players.

As for rakeback at these sites, I have no idea. I never worry about that stuff but if you google "poker rakeback" you will find plenty of sites that tell you if rakeback is offered on these two sites.

Any other questions let 'em rip, otherwise I could ramble on & on about the sites without answering what you may actually want to know.
