You're right. Oddly, at that crucial moment he switched only one die, not both (or so it seemed to me). Perhaps the other one had been switched some time earlier -- I didn't carefully vet the whole sequence.

Strangely, it doesn't look like Mr. Red switched back after that when he needed to hit with a 2, given that a crooked die with two 5s has no 2, as I understand it. (He rolled the 2 anyway on the other die.)
