Neil replies: Yes, I am stunned to hear of these issues. Was Howard really the director in full charge ? Note that he and his staff did an absolutely superb job of running the Party Gammon Million last year and have done a good job of running Vegas as well as their Chicago T for over a decade.

What went wrong ? Perhaps poor communication with the hotel in a foreign country ? hmmm...considering the WC has been held there for about 30 decades it seems weird that the playing room for the finals wasn't in perfect readiness a couple days prior. Lets hope that next year there are no disturbing (to put it politely) issues like this !
