Yes, in the 6-3 roll, all parties are to blame but as far as I know, the match was NOT being filmed, just being sent to the big screen via a camera/video feed, so there was no way it could have been checked later by reviewing a film.

Why would the directors of last year's world championship tournament set up a camera with video feed to a big screen TV and not also record the match? I'm not doubting Michael's recollection that they didn't. I just don't understand why they wouldn't -- or the technical complications of loading/preparing a camera and pressing the "record" button.
