I see three options:

Safety all (and create some builders) -- 16/13, 14/8. Make an outfield point -- 10(2). Make the 5-point.

If Blue weren't left with so many blots after 5(2), or if White didn't have its 3-pt this play would be more attractive. There appear to be 13 hit+cover rolls for White and 44 is pretty good, too. White can also hit without covering and then Blue needs to return hit. The four fans are disaster.

I brought the board making play into consideration beceause Blue likely needs that point to win. (Sometimes he can get a cash before making it, though.) The safe/builder play doesn't really put enough checkers in range of the 5-pt, IMO.

I dislike making points 6-apart. When that's right it seems to fit into two scenarios: 1) you just want to get home and 2) you make it temporarily with a constant eye on giving it up. Here I think of those two checkers as builders for the 5-pt so I reluctantly concede.
