Both the 3-pt and 10-pt look good at this early juncture. The safest plays are 16/10,13/10(2); 24/21,16/10,13/10; 16/10,13/10(2).

The tweener play of 3(2), 16/10 leaves 9 shots, only 5 fewer than making both points.

I did consider the communication play of 24/21, 13/10, 3(2) but that tries to do too much while only making one new point and giving opp a ton of good hitting rolls.

This early (and with opp having no HB) it feels like structure takes precedence over safety.

3(2), 10(2).
