Yes, I do hit (13/11*) and bring the other midpoint checker down as a builder as well (13/9). The 4-pt is OK, but it's not the 5-pt and the distribution of builders it leaves isn't very good.

A couple variants I'll be looking at are: a) spare on 8- and blot on 10-moved up one space each with the same roll, and b) checker on 10-pt up to 9-pt with a 41 roll. Those make the 5-pt cleanly and the second case leaves great builder distribution for the future.
