The exclamation point on the subject line means I'm in for a surprise.
8/4*(2), 13/9(2) jumps out immediately and would not only be very likely my play OtB, but that of most players at all levels. Does White have any rolls that allow her to take next turn? {11,33} maybe... OK, let's dig a bit deeper since we're not on the clock.
The centered cube could mean quite a bit here, and if there's any thought of being "too good", remember the Jacoby Rule is in effect. The gist is (IMO) that you want to minimize White's possible rolls that give her a Take, and especially leave as few jokers as possible (which could result in Blue not even having a double next turn).
Is there a play that doesn't involve 4*(2) that has any hope of being best? 13/9(2), 13/5 is probably the best of those but why give White 6x to escape? We've locked down 4*(2) so how about our last two 4's.
3(2) -- this might be best at GG -- I'd probably do that but it might be overkill, trading gammon wins for too many losses.
24/20, 13/9 -- That play gives White four jokers {11,36,33} which hurts being able to turn the cube, among other things.
13/5 -- *possibly* better blitzing chances than 9(2) but again, Jacoby Rule. Also gives White {26,35,36} which look like Takes.
That's all I see, and none looks better than my first instinct:
4*(2), 9(2).
