I see three candidates: 5(2); 14(2); 18(2),9(2).
Blue has a 6-pip lead (10 - 4 for White being on roll) after this which argues somewhat against making the 18-pt. (A hard to clear point is bad when you decide to convert to a race.)
14(2) looks overly committal and leaves a not-so-comfortable flexibility issue (five checkers on the 13-pt for starters).
5(2) obviously makes the best offensive point available while unstacking the heavy midpoint in the process. My first thought was that this leaves a liability -- the blocked 22-pt. But note that White has to play, not just this turn but every turn. The checkers on her 6- and 8-pts have to go somewhere. Hanging back makes that more difficult with most rolls, further pressuring White's back checkers to get into the action quickly, with associated risk.
Barclay Cooke and I are making our 5-pt.
