Plays that don't involve 11/9* don't survive my initial cut. So after starting with that:
13/8 nicely blocks White's 23-pt checker.
20/15 unstacks and gets a checker into the fray.
11/6 leaves the fewest blots of the hitting plays. Given that White has no hit+cover rolls this seems too conservative.
I suppose there's an argument for keeping the midpoint, favoring 20/15. Minimizing opp's good 6's from the bar is always a strong consideration, favoring 13/8. The rolls that can't bring a checker off the 20-pt next turn don't play badly after 13/8, either.
Besides the pluses for 13/8 already mentioned, I like the near term chances to add a 5th point to Blue's growing prime.
11/9*, 13/8.
