Only QF pulls me towards 13/9 over 24/20 (after 25/20*, of course). Blue gets good coverage of both White quadrants and long term security while avoiding White's 11 and 33 joker rolls. Otherwise we're deciding the value of a full 4-block (and one more checker in the zone) vs. the value of a midpoint spare. I think those two considerations miss the big picture.

But then there's that ever present QF....
