Blue can go from 43 pips behind to a 9 pip lead (by hitting both of White's outfield checkers) but I don't think this is the best GP - giving up all structure.

Blue has only eight checkers in the zone, and although that can be added to here, this sure doesn't seem worth it. Thus a blitzing GP feels like a longshot. That doesn't mean covering the acept isn't a consideration, though.

I'm keeping the freshly made 20-pt, for starters. Hitting on the 17-pt and covering the acept is a serious option for me. My other finalist candidate is to hold tightly to the defensive strength and PoH on the 3-pt.

With the race this close I likely will be giving up the 22-pt soon anyway, so maybe now is the right time.
