Neil: "Thus we must have the faster 2/12 for ABT events".

Does 12 seconds allow enough time for a vigorous shake? Someone who cocks their dice regularly might have some trouble with 12 secs, some people just seem naturally clumsy when they roll.

Our Danish friends use this time control too I think.
