If I counted correctly, 25/18* leaves 28 return shots and 25/23, 13/8 almost as many -- 27 shots. Note both of those leave 3 blots for White to sweep up.
A quieter play is going to have to satisfy me. That homeboard needs some masonry work and there will likely still be time to get a shot and hopefully hit it.
Waiting for a hit that may never arrive is usually the wrong approach when a sure one is available immediately, but I'm thinking this is an exception.
Even 25/20 leaves a choice of deuces. 13/11 is out, but could 8/6 be worth the risk? 4/2 and 5/3 are the less-than-ideal remaining options.
I'm finishing with the unsightly 4/2. That leaves four numbers that solidify a four point homeboard -- {43,33,44} -- and only 65 (if White stays on Blue's 7-pt) and maybe 66 seem particularly ugly. 8/6 looks pretty but I only see five rolls -- {61,43,44} that cover both HB blots with that, and those get discounted by 25/36 due to White's aces.
25/20, 4/2
