In Response To: How to play the last ace? (John O'Hagan)
At first glance, after 25/24 and 5/4(2), 6/5 looks prettier. But 24/23 kills 6's (other than the much desired 65) and only 44 blots in the homeboard. Thus 6/5 to avoid the worst non-escaping rolls is unnecessary.
