Blue trails in the race and is on the bar, with 25% fans on his current roll. Homeboards are of equal (quantitative) strength. I'm snatching this up as Blue.

Only Blue's immediate (22,33) are crushing for the first 36 possibilities but market losers can also come from the opponent's (White's in this case) subsequent bad replies. Are there enough of those? I'm thinking "no" but QF may say otherwise:
