My first instinct was that White has a Pass. Can I find enough squirm and wiggle room to take this? Only White can win a gammon, and there are always some of those in this kind of position. Blue's 13-pt and 11-pt are almost worthless but he'll be breaking those up ASAP while White has at least one checker on the bar.

Looking at Blue's immediate rolls: 13/36 hit, {55,33,53} make the 8-pt. 11 makes the 10-pt. 6's and 2's aren't so helpful with 13/7 and 11/9 being single die plays respectively. How does Blue play 21, 11/8? 66 is particularly stiff.

I'm still not envisioning a Take here, but I miss a lot of ugly Takes. If this is one of those then I have a candidate for XG's "Play from Position" feature.
