At first glance this appears to be NR+Beaver with White winning about 46% (4/9 + a few wins on a rare hit + outrace after getting sent to the bar). I guess we should give Blue back ~1% for being able to win the race after not hitting, so make it 45%. However...

This is effectively a last roll position so cube ownership (which makes many positions beavers that wouldn't be with a dead cube) is worth zilch.
