I'm calling this a Take so let's look for market losers.

Start with Blue's best rolls: {66,55,44,43,32,33} = 8/36 followed by {54,53} = 4/36, then {64,33,65} = 5/36. Total = 17/36.

White can sometimes respond with an anchor that sees daylight and occasionally a return hit. If these happen 1/3 of the 17/36 you've still satisfied the + side of ODR. Are there any stinkers? I'm not seeing them.

Time to reconsider the Take. Are there other sequences not touched upon that lead to a clear pass (i.e. not borderline pass)? White's fans (4/36)*(19/36) ~ 5/36 don't look so good. Just entering without hitting or anchoring may sometimes be passes. There can be gammon losses. Given White's good offense I don't think there are enough of these to push this into Pass territory.
