Understanding opening replies: 64

One way to get more insight is to look at all plays where opener starts with a 3x split to the 21-pt and the replies which allow you to hit loose there. Also look at 24/20 replies. Yes, this 64 doesn't fit the mold of most major splits when hitting is a possibility.
