A handful of options, given that all checkers have the chance to move with either die. But a couple seem to be thematic:

24/16 -- with the pipcount lead, try to race.

6/1, 13/10 -- cover that sore-spot in the homeboard and unload the heavy midpoint. Hitting this fresh blot usually costs White an asset.

(Patiently making the 3-pt has value but puts no pressure on White.)

This is a common dilemma early in many games: try to capitalize on a race lead vs. solidifying the position by building and diversifying. With White's yet to be developed homeboard I'm not desperate to race. White is prepared to hang around for the fight so I'll strengthen my own fort:
