Some candidate plays:
6/4*/3 -- leaves no blots but kills a needed builder. White owns the cube and Blue has considerable work to do.
6/4*,5/4 -- leaves only one blot and 19/36 covers if missed.
6/4*,9/8 -- leaves three blots and 29/36 covers if missed. White's 44 joker is crushing, more damaging than White's 55 joker after the safer loose hit.
White's blot on her acepoint *might* give Blue extra incentive to make the big play. However, if White hits and Blue subsequently return hits White's acept checker he's still blocked back there on the 24-pt.
What's going to happen with the cube? If Blue makes the tweener single blot play and the game proceeds hit+fan, will Blue have a Take? Same question after the aggressive play. If it's a pass in both cases, I think that would argue for aggressive. If it's a play-on after the aggressive play and this subsequent sequence, however, that could push things the other way.
9/8 was my instinctive play and with 10 extra covers (when missed) I'm sticking with that.
6/4*, 9/8.
