13/7* and Take. Does White have a Double?

Blue's 4 fans must be subtracted from the market losers. White hits with {aces,25,35,45,43} = 19 rolls. ODR would indicate about 2/3 of those need to result in ML's. I don't think the pieces are adding up.

13/7* followed by N+T.
