It certainly appears to me that everything except the 12 pip race deficit is in Blue's favor. Blue needs a minimum of 17 pips to complete the full prime, but White being on the bar reduces the impact of that.

This looks like one of those scratch-and-claw opportunities for White to squeeze out a Take, but I still don't think there's enough of that.
