Blue has a lot of good rolls but no obvious knockout punch. White has an anchor, even if only the lowly 24-pt. Blue doesn't always cover the homeboard blot (e.g. 51). Looks like White can take.

I'll go with Robertie's Doubling Rule (RDR) here: Give Blue an above average roll, but not his best -- 64. Give White a below average roll, but not her worst -- 31. Is the subsequent position a Take? Doesn't look like it to me. RDR says "double."
