This time limit vs ABT time limit

In Response To: This time limit vs ABT time limit (Ian Dunstan)

Regarding cocked dice I really would want the rule to be that you can roll on either side. Another suggestion is that you can't lose on time due to cocked dice. This could be done by allowing one to push pause after a cocked roll.
