A couple things in my memory that might be applicable:

1) Blue rolls a 4 before White rolls an ace 59% of the time (and thus with White gets the ace first 41% of the time).

2) A single checker closed out and two on the 18-pt vs. a perfect bearoff structure gets G'ed around 50% of the time.

The positions feels like a Take, so the Double is the question. 33 and 66 are market losers. Even if Blue's 4 plus White's fan are ML's (and I'm not 100% sure thats the case), those along with {33,66} add to about 26.5%. There are anti-jokers such as Blue blots and White enters with a hit (not all of those sequences, obviously). I'm waiting a roll.
