Pretty sure it was Jason's illegal move, not Petko's that you refer to.

If you didn't see Petko's quarterfinal match against French player #1 (he also played another French player in the semifinals), you owe it to yourself to dig that up and watch. Anyone who understands the nuances of both poker and backgammon will appreciate, maybe even admire, Petko's actions in that one. I emailed him afterward to let him know how impressed I was. (He answered within minutes. Class guy, but we all knew that.) FWIW, I kept the commentary muted most of the week. I want to hear expert comments WITHOUT XG in the sidebar for *all* to see.

Bottom line: Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
