Just substitute 'backgammon' for 'poker'. That works for about 90% of the time. Everything you mention here (and many you haven't, but you'll find relevant) are covered.

I'd read them in order, although Book 2 makes sense without reading Book 1 first. In a nutshell, Book 1 is about correcting things you do wrong and Book 2 covers things to enhance/improve an already sound approach.
