Nine numbers miss: {66,63,55,52,33,32}. Some of those could be R+P if White owns the cube.

Blue wins ~40% G's if he picks up both checkers, the latter not being a guarantee.

Let's start with a simple calculation and go from there. (3/4)*40%*32 + (3/4)*60%*16 - (1/4)*16 = 9.6 + 7.2 - 4 = 12.8. Cashing is worth 8. This 4.8 is a lot for White to make up with her outlier wins after getting hit plus avoiding getting a second checker treed. I've also assumed all misses are wins for White, which seems generous.
