Clocks and cocked dice.

In Response To: This time limit vs ABT time limit (bob koca)

How about this as a rule?

When your dice are cocked, you say "Cocked" and punch the clock. Opponent says "Agreed" and punches the clock. Your turn starts again with a fresh 15 seconds -- no time penalty.
